Refund Policy
Refunds are available only under the conditions below because AI compute costs are incurred immediately when credits are used.
1. Eligible Refunds
- Request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Account has used less than 20% of the plan's monthly credits.
- Request is sent from the account email to [email protected].
2. Not Eligible
- Requests after 7 days from purchase.
- Usage at or above 20% of included monthly credits.
- Subscription renewals that were not canceled before renewal.
3. Processing
- If approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method only.
- Bank processing can take 5-10 business days depending on your provider.
- We aim to respond to requests within 24 hours.
